My name is Denise Myers. I live on two and a half acres in the semi-rural town of Alpine California which is located in the low lying mountains just east of San Diego. She does have a bit of a problem with boundaries. We call her our “Personal Space Invader” in that she doesn’t give you any. Her idea of saying hello is to get an inch away from your face then stare at you……for as long as it takes for you to acknowledge her and love her (or at least pretend to otherwise she won’t go away). She adores sitting in your lap (not sure for how much longer) and getting "Manny-Petty’s! As you can see she really does enjoy it when I do her nails ……though she doesn't tip very well! (Yes, I like vampire movies, books, etc.) And we have an unspecified number (it changes from time to time) of our neighbor's chickens that practically live on our property now because my sister thought that it would be cute to feed them one day! I love to cook, especially for company and particularly during the Holidays. I love making everything festive. I love gardening.
